Jeffrey has served the Upper Peninsula in a healthcare and wellness capacity for over twenty years. His experience includes fifteen years as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in a Cardiac Rehab program. He has worked with a variety of individuals ranging from children to the elderly, and from persons with disability to elite athletes. His desire to help others live a more comfortable life lead him to pursue Rolfing and Health Coaching.
Jeffrey is a Certified Rolfer®, and a graduate of the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute® in Boulder Colorado. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Dietetics and a Master of Science in Exercise Science from Northern Michigan University. In addition, Jeffrey is certified as an American College of Sports Medicine - Clinical Exercise Physiologist and an American Council on Exercise - Certified Health Coach.
As a lifetime resident of Marquette County, Jeffrey knows how physical work, weather and sports impact physical health. He is dedicated to partnering with clients to live a functional life.
